Terms and Conditions of Sale

1 – Payment Methods and Booking

Payment is always made in Euros.
Bookings can be made in writing, by email, by telephone, via the website or in person during opening hours. Once payment has been received, a confirmation email containing the booking reference number will be sent to the customer. No admission tickets will be issued until full payment has been received, except in exceptional circumstances. For groups, a deposit of 30% of the final price is due upon signing the quotation, which serves as a sales contract: the sale is then firm and final. The total cost of the sale must be paid by cheque, cash or bank transfer, on the day of the show or in advance. If paying by cheque, it must be made payable to Cabaret L’Étoile Bleue.

For individuals, payment can be made by bank card via the website at the time of ordering. Payment by cheque, cash, or bank transfer is also possible in person during opening hours, or by registered post. Remote payment by bank card is fully secured by SSL protocol and managed by a company specialising in secure online transactions. Bank details are transmitted via a secure link directly on the service provider's website. In any event, the unavailability of the electronic payment service shall not, under any circumstances, exempt the customer from their obligation to pay the price of the chosen services.

Holiday vouchers (ANCV) are accepted subject to validation by the Management; L'Étoile Bleue reserves the right to accept or refuse this payment method. The customer undertakes to use only their own card and for personal use. In the event of fraudulent use, L'Étoile Bleue shall not be held liable.

2 – Modification and cancellation

Any ticket alterations must be notified to the Cabaret-théâtre's commercial services. L’Étoile Bleue, via the website's contact form, by email (commercial@cabaretletoilebleue.fr; reservation@cabaretletoilebleue.fr), or by telephone; at least 72 hours before the performance date for individual bookings, and no later than 10 days for groups. Any group cancellation made less than 30 days before the booking date will result in the non-reimbursement of the deposit, except in cases of force majeure. The rescheduling of a group booking is subject to availability.

We invite the group leader to introduce themselves upon arrival. The group leader is responsible for and guarantees the good conduct and behaviour of their guests. In the event of any breaches, management reserves the right to intervene and remove any individuals behaving inappropriately, as well as to charge for any damage caused.

If the number of attendees is lower than the number of people expected and not indicated 72 hours before the agreed date, the full package price will be charged. Any consumption not included in the package will be charged additionally. Any other service not included in the original booking will result in an additional charge.

3 – Standing Orders

Once the curtain rises, entry to the venue is prohibited. Latecomers are not guaranteed reserved seating and will only be admitted to the auditorium during an interval. Minors are permitted provided they are accompanied by an adult. Cabaret-théâtre L'Étoile Bleue reserves the right to request identification to verify the age of any person wishing to order alcohol; no alcoholic beverages may be served or ordered by a minor.

In the event of a breach of the primary rules of good conduct and propriety, Management reserves the right to intervene and to exclude any individuals acting improperly, as well as to charge for any damage caused. Grievances and criticisms concerning the show and/or performances delivered will only be considered within the context of future service improvements and will not entitle participants to any refund or compensation. L'Étoile Bleue disclaims all responsibility for damage, of any nature whatsoever, which may affect items, objects or equipment brought by spectators and which have not been deposited in the facilities provided for this purpose. Handbags and valuables are not permitted in the changing room area and must remain the responsibility of their owner. Spectators are responsible for any direct or indirect damage they may cause during their visit; in the event of an accident, the responsibility of Cabaret-théâtre L'Étoile Bleue cannot be engaged.

The L'Étoile Bleue cabaret-theatre makes every effort to ensure the smooth running of its services for its clients. However, it cannot be held responsible for fortuitous events, cases of force majeure, or the actions of third parties. In such circumstances, the L'Étoile Bleue cabaret-theatre will endeavour to find suitable solutions to overcome the difficulties encountered; and undertakes to refund the full amount of the service if no agreement can be reached.

This contract shall be governed by French law. It shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with this law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement shall be preferred, failing which the matter shall be brought before the competent French courts.

4 – Security of banking and personal data

L'Étoile Bleue is committed to securing and protecting your data in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Bank details are managed via a confidential security platform and are in no way intended to be sold or collected by the Cabaret-théâtre L'Étoile Bleue. No bank details are transmitted directly when processing your order. When placing an order, the teams at L'Étoile Bleue collect certain personal information and data such as first name and surname, email address, mobile phone number, without this list being exhaustive. This personal and confidential data is exclusively intended for managing your booking file and for saving you time on future orders. It is in no way intended to be sold, marketed, or rented to a third party. In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete data concerning them at any time.

COVID INFORMATION

Following the ordinance on the financial terms for the termination of certain contracts in the event of force majeure in the culture and tourism sectors, in application of Article 11 of the Law of 23 March 2020 on emergency and containment measures to deal with the Covid-19 epidemic, the Cabaret-theatre

L'Étoile Bleue is committed to informing ticket holders as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation due to the venue closing because of the current conditions. The rules in force regarding barrier gestures and mask-wearing must be respected within the Theatre, in order to work towards the respect and integrity of everyone. The management of the Cabaret-theatre L'Étoile Bleue certifies that it respects the disinfection needs related to sanitary conditions and commits to respecting the prevailing processes.
